Julianna enjoys being an esthetician because making her clients feel confident in their skin and relax for a moment with no outside noise is of utmost importance to her as it brings her so much joy.
She is French but grew up in Miami and moved to Palm Beach County in 2020. She worked as an esthetician alongside a dermatologist for a few years before deciding to switch over to spa life here at Healing Hands.
Her specialty is facial massage and clearing any congestion from the skin. She’s here to make your skin goals a reality.
She’s well versed in signature facials, dermaplaning, microneedling, microdermabrasion, facial massage, high frequency and peels.

Originally from Florida, Haylie attended Sarasota School of Massage Therapy, known for being one of the best Massage Schools in the state!
In truly helping others heal, she has found a calming space for herself as well, where an exchange of energy brings stress relief and relaxation.

Over the years, she has expanded her skill set in the spa world and continuously deepens her expertise and value as a skincare professional. Her services include Facials, Hydra-facial, Microdermabrasion, Peels, Dermaplaning, Lash Lifts & Tint.
Kim also does double duty at our front desk as our receptionist extraordinaire! After running three locations for Zen massage, we think she is the perfect fit.

With over 14 years of hands-on experience, she has developed a deeply relaxing style that blends soothing techniques with a balanced medium pressure.
Alicia specializes in Swedish massage, Neuromuscular therapy, and Hot Stone massage, offering each client a customized experience designed to ease tension, promote relaxation, and support overall well-being.
Raina Orozco

Committed to lifelong learning, Raina is passionate about deepening her expertise in the healing arts. Her work encompasses hands-on therapy, teaching, and podcasting—all dedicated to promoting health and well-being.

Our Policies
No Show / Cancellation Policy
Your appointment is reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect our scheduling policies.
When booking an appointment a credit card must be kept on file. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fee.
Any cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will result in a cancellation fee for 60% of the amount of your scheduled service. If no notice is given whatsoever or you are 15 minutes or more late the full amount for the scheduled service will be charged to your credit card on file.
We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to this policy.
Sanitization Rules
Healing Hands takes pride in keeping our establishment fully clean and sanitized. We perform daily sanitization after each and every client to protect our staff and clients. Mask wearing is also required by staff and guests. We are COVID Compliant.
Refund Policy
While we make every effort to make our clients as happy as possible, all service sales are final. We are a small business and unfortunately cannot offer refunds on any used or unused appointments/sessions for individual services, or packages.
